Organic Minced Ginger

I've been getting more into ginger but felt that keeping and buying ginger root was really inconvenient. This jarred minced ginger helps me add ginger so easily now!the tiny jar is also great for storing sauces and dressing. However, I did see a tip that said to keep ginger root in the freezer so it lasts longer and is easier to shave into dishes, so maybe after this is done I'll do that. I love adding this to stir frys with garlic and soy sauce. The minced one on the other hand has a great taste. Use it in stew or on a sandwich. Love it and definitely buy more.

This is really more of a ginger paste than a minced ginger, but the flavor is very good. This is great to use for cooking!
