I couldn’t find Flora Force which I normally get so I went with this. More expensive than the other brand but then I saw this has 60 capsules instead of 30. Suddenly it was making a lot of financial sense! Each capsule contains 200 mg of DHA. R489.95 at Wellness Warehouse. A hefty amount in one go but these should last me about five months as I take three supplements a week. They have an oceany scent and a slight algae taste but nothing hectic 🌊 I would definitely get this brand again! Purchased at Wellness Warehouse

As part of my vitamin supplementation I use this as a preferable choice when it’s available. Fiat warning it very expensive and can easily drain the purse. It costs somewhere between R 350-450. Worth the investment. Though I do use alternates when I can find it. I highly recommend this is one has no budget concerns at all.
My go-to omega supplement although not always available on f2n. #veganisnotscary
A high quality vegan omega supplement. I take these daily, or at least one every second day to maintain healthy levels of omega 3.
