As I never tried nutritional yeast I experimented on bread thinking it might melt but nothing happened even after baking for 2 minutes so by this I understood it can be used only for grinding with other ingredients.anyway it gave my cashew cheese good flavor and taste.

Nooch🤤 it has more powder than flakes, not sure if that makes any difference in taste and cooking. The cheapest fortified nutritional Yeast I could find. Made "Gluten free savoury pancake". Youtube "vegan breakfast pancakes goodful" this is the last recipe. For Indian folks, it is basically besan ka chilla+pizza, the dough is more liquidy tho and they use chickpea flour (I used besan). Found in the comments that it is actually called socca. Ran put of cashews (made lots of cashew curd) so used sunflower seeds for cheese, not the same but it works. Used the leftover pizza sauce and cheese to make roasted red pepper vegan mac n cheese. Sorry for the ugly food😵
