If you were impressed with beyonds attempt at the burger, these guys at NotCo might have you running back for more. They are so tasty and no need to defrost, only 5 mins a side. I'm impressed with these, sautey them with some onions and sauce, some sliced avocado with mayo or in this case some chickpea roasted pepper. Great in a bun or wraps. I like to make spicey burger or chic'n wraps

When I first saw this burger at Grocery Outlet I decided to skip over it as I enjoy Impossible meat and frankly got burned out from so many companies launching burgers…BUT eventually these were marked down to .99 so I decided it’s worth a try - plus I may just want a single burger some day rather than want to thaw a brick or pack. The burger is good! It’s a bit thicker than I prefer for burgers, but the flavor and texture were good. It reminded me of the Beyond Burger without the odd signature taste.
