Non dairy tortellini

Best. Tortellini. Ever. I'm completely obsessed, I could eat this everyday like as someone who can eat pasta for the rest of her life I'm head over heels for this tortellini, I'm so thankful this exists 🖤

These were so good. Boil for just 3 mins. Wish more in a pack as I don't know it would be enough for 2 people.

Very excited to finally try these the other night as I'd been wanting to since I saw them for the first time years ago at Wegmans. Needless to say they were good, the texture was great but the flavor imo lacked a little bit. Wasn't very cheesy/creamy tasting. Could have something to do with the sauce and maybe if I used a richer sauce it would've come out a bit more flavorful and robust. That said it was good as I had it but maybe it could've been much better prepared differently. Still though it's quite pricey which is part of the reason it's taken me so long to convince myself to try it lol. So best to keep an eye out for sales and promos. If deff reccomend atleast trying it, especially if you find it for a good price. It is a quality product.

Wow! Kite Hill tortellini tastes like you’ve just cranked it out of the pasta maker, then filled it & folded it yourself.. Their creamy, almond milk ricotta is deeply satisfying and, the filling-to-pasta ratio is generous, too. It’s oh-so-much better than what I remember tortellini tasting like. I’ll definitely buy this again, when it’s on sale.

Kite Hill can be hit or miss for me, but I'm obsessed with these! Their vegan riccota is spot on! I pair this with some HEB vegan pesto. 😘
