I love the versatility of chickpea flour and that it is gluten free. One of
my favourite recipes is eggless egg cups. Delicious and great to save an eat later with any breakfast toppings

Not the cheapest brand around in South Africa but always good quality. I use
chickpea flour a lot. Part of tonight's supper will be courgette (baby marrows) fritters which are basically grated courgettes and seasonings and chickpea flour, mix up and pan fry. #pigsnpaws

Literally the only chick pea flour we have ever used so not much to compare
it to. We love using it when making vegan omelettes. Works as one would expect and is a healthy alternative to usual flour. #ashers
