Mushroom risotto

trovato durante una settimana vegana non sono grande amante dei funghi e in casa non li cucino mai ma questo era buonissimo 😭😭😭😭 vorrei averlo sempre disponibile

Mi sentivo molto anti italiana a mangiare una cosa del genere, ma è veramente buonissimo! Ci sono diversi tipi di funghi e anche piselli. Consiglio di tenerlo qualche minuto in più di quanto segnato

I wasn’t a huge fan of this, reminded me of prison food aha. It didn’t taste too bad though…

It was fine for a quick tea that filled me up but nothing to write home about. I know it’s just a ready meal but it still lacked flavour, it could have used some more herbs and spices and I wish the mushroom pieces were a bit bigger, it was also missing the creaminess a risotto should have
