Mozzarella Style Shreds

I used this brand because I was shopping at Nation's and this was the only #vegan cheeze they sell. It was also only $4, which is amazing for vegan cheeze. I used it for making this #lasagna. I used kale from my garden and mushrooms and pulsed them in the food processor to add some veggies to this lasagna. This lasagna was unreal. Yay to #vegancheeze so I can enjoy meals like this. #veganisnotscary

This #cheese doesn't #melt great. I think it's not fatty enough. On the brightside, if you're looking for a cheese that's not as oily as #daiya, this might be it. There wasn't a much #flavour as their other one I've reviewed, but it was decent on my #pasta. I do not recommend this for #nachos since it doesn't get gooey. I bought this #onsale and would do so again.

Unlike Daiya mozzarella shreds, this cheese is not wet. I think it’s taste is much closer to mozzarella than Daiya’s. The texture is wonderful and I’d definitely recommend it and will get it again. I’ve used the cheese in pasta sauce and in a ‘big salad’ (for the Seinfeld fans 😜). Later this week, I intend to make a pizza with it which I’m really excited about!

It’s cool for pizza and with vegetable. It’s also contains no nuts,no gluten, no palm oil so it’s great for almost all people.
