I never cared for Dalia cheese because it never melted. Then I heard about this one so I tried it and it does actually melt great. It still taste like Dalia lol but at least it melts.

Daiya's cutting board shreds are the best! They really have changed the whole taste of their cheeses since the company began. I use to really dislike Daiya cheeses, but now I love them! ❤ I used these Mozzarella shreds in lasagana!!
This is just ok, it melts well enough for nachos, but the texture and tastes isn't the best. For new vegans, I wouldn't recommend, it's not a great transition cheese. #veganisnotscary 43 of 90
They are slowly getting better with the taste but still has a weird flavor, though very few vegan cheeses are on point. This does melt pretty well as pictured in the nachos. While not my favorite, if they are on sale or all my grocery has I will purchase every once in awhile. Def don't eat raw, just melted. #veganisnotscary
