Un buon affettato vegetale dal sapore delicato, con una consistenza leggermente "farinosa" che non mi dispiace. Buono anche mangiato da solo, nei panini tende a perdersi se abbinato con altri elementi troppo saporiti - ma è un difetto che riscontro nella maggioranza degli affettati veg.
