The taste is different from mozzarella and reminded me of another Italian soft cheese, but
it was amazing! It also melts well on pizza. High in fats, but very tasty.

I used this cheese cubed up in a salad, it tasted fine, nothing extraordinary. It
dies look a lot like the real deal which is cool and innovative. Wish I used it on a pizza or tried to melt it to taste it then, maybe next time.
