Super yum. I suppose you could eat this with bread or pasta, but I like it straight out of the package. Just warm it up!

I sautéed onion, garlic, and baby tomatoes in a pan first then added these with a little bit of vegetable broth and served it over gnocchi. Delicious!
I love pizza on its own, but sometimes it needs a side to spruce up the meal... or in this case, an additional topping. I’m not a huge eggplant fan and this didn’t wow me in terms of texture, but the flavor is there as is the convenience!
Nice product! This is a mix of seasoned and marinated eggplant, zucchini and red bell peppers. The bag notes that it is meant to be eaten at room temperature. I had some that way but also warmed up with onions and vegan sausage + fresh basil. Yummy and great when you’re in a time crunch or don’t feel like spending a long time prepping and cooking.
