Miso Instant Ramen Soup

Who can say no to noodles and especially veggie ramen! Trader Joe’s miso ramen soup is so tasty and flavorful that there wasn’t enough noodle lol! This is a tiny cup and perfect for a light snack or lunch! A bit high in sodium but to be honest I usually only use 1/2 the packet otherwise it becomes too salty for me! Nice source of fiber and protein though! Will most definitely keep a few of these for those #lazyvegan days and especially when it’s freezing cold out lol! I really enjoyed this instant miso ramen soup 🥣 . Very tasty . Just boil water and sit for 6 minutes . I added spinach to mine would definitely have again great quick lunch 180 calories. I love Trader Joe’s . 7 grams of protein and 2 grams fiber a little high in sodium . #veganisnotscary #traderjoes
