Mint Crisp

If you love mint choc this would be a pretty good choice! Reminds me of one of those choc-coated mint slice cookies. #mintchocolate #chocolate #organic

So the chocolate might not have that snap or the rich bitterness of a higher percentage of cacao, but it ticks all the ethical and culinary boxes you’d ever want from a chocolate (yay) and the mint is indeed crisp and very finely scattered throughout the bar like a galaxy of sugar.

Five stars for taste, because if #chocolateandmintbelongtogether then what else could it possibly be? 😛 Especially if done well like this - the #crispy bits were evenly and widely scattered, such that each bite was such pure cathartic joy 😊 Although it's #darkchocolate, the percentages are low enough that it's also suitable for those who don't usually have #wrongopinions about chocolate 😏 #plasticfree and my only gripe would be that the pieces are a bit too large; with there being only 10 pieces this isn't great for portion control and is clearly not going to go the distance 🥲
