Very similar taste to minced meat. Just had it for dinner with chilli and beans, and I liked it.

Loved the texture of this minced meat and was happy to find an alternative to the regular soy products. Super easy to prepare. It’s still processed food but I find it a better alternative when comes to nutritions than soy products. 😊
Pea based. This one is now my new favorite. From personal experience, i suggest letting it unfreeze a little before throwing it in the pan 😅 (ps: it's just ice from the freezer in my pic it, it's not gone bad)
