These cookies are so yummy, and have such a perfect texture - halfway between
crunchy and chewy- it just melts in your mouth! 👄 According to Carolyn (the founder), these are her Grandma Arline’s recipe and it is the sweet taste of coconut and vanilla. Definitely my favorite version of an oatmeal cookie. It is incredible that these are #glutenfree !
