Mezzi ditali rigati integrali

Ditali integrali, semplici ma buoni. Mi piace consumarli nei brodi o nelle vellutate come quella in foto alla quale avevo aggiunto le patate.

This is a very good quality pasta. It’s whole-wheat and the shape is perfect to make pasta e fagioli (which I did as you can see from the third picture). Price is ok, I think we got them on discount too. They cook in 10 minutes if you like them Al dente, otherwise they can take up to 12 minutes. Mi piace questo formato, purtroppo non sono molti i marchi che la producono con farina integrale. Così ho comprato questo pacco di pasta, sorvolando sull'origine non europea del grano. La consistenza è perfetta, la pasta è porosa, la rigatura fa sì che il condimento si leghi bene, tiene la cottura... È buona, ma la preferirei prodotta con solo grano italiano. Non so se la ricomprerò.

Very short pasta that you can eat with a spoon 🥄 ideal for preparing vegetable and/or legume soups but which I ate seasoned with vegetable margarine, lots of turmeric and a sprinkling of pepper (which increases the beneficial properties of turmeric 💪) I felt like a child again when I used to eat the "pasta in bianco" (=plain pasta) 👧 100% wholemeal flour, intense flavor, good resistance to cooking and cardboard packaging 💚

Formato un po diverso dal solito. Io li ho mangiati a casa di un'amica nella pasta e fagioli... Una buona rivelazione.
