Comprati in un negozio bio su consiglio di un'amica. Sinceramente non mi hanno fatto impazzire, ma forse sono io che non ho saputo cucinarli bene quindi provo a dare loro un'altra possibilità. Sono medaglioni di soia da reidratare in acqua calda o nel brodo vegetale e poi si possono cucinare come meglio si crede. Io avevo provato a farli come scaloppine al limone.
