I went all the way from Brussels to Luik to get those soy chunks from a vegan shop. A few weeks later I got to know that they can also be found at the big asian market near Rogier. I passed by and I also found these 1kg bags but I always prefer to support vegan business. My omni mother loves to have them with potatoes and as an alternative to pork meat.
