Marinated Feta

Adds a really nice creaminess to things. I like to smush it up a bit into pasta and veggies, and also have a chunk every so often 🤣 #feta #vegancheese

Very nice creamy texture. The flavour is quite mild and I personally found it a bit too 'cheesy', but other people might find that to be a good thing. Also quite expensive but it's nice that it comes in a glass jar rather than plastic.

This product is a pricey one for me but I purchased these on sale for $9 @ #Woolworths for a special occasion. 👩‍🍳 pairing this feta with some fresh #tomatoes and you have yourself a treat. If I’m spending this much on plant feta I’m using every drop! So far I’ve 👩‍🍳spread some on toast with tomatos 👩‍🍳chopped and added to salad or paired with fresh basil & tomatos 👩‍🍳 used every last drop of the delicious marinated oil as a #saladdressing! Do not throw away! Very creamy, flavour is lovely, #coconut based. I really liked the texture of this, it’s nice and creamy and crumbles well with your hands. Not rubbery like other vegan feta I’ve tried. Taste-wise it’s pretty mild, just missing a little tang and sharpness like dairy feta. Really enjoyed overall though. Comes in olive oil with peppercorns and herbs which is handy to use the leftovers as a dressing. Can’t see myself buying this often though, as it’s just so dang expensive! Usually $15 for a jar, I grabbed this on special at Coles for $9.

Firstly, sorry for such a crap photo. Realised as I was finishing the jar I hadn't put it on here yet. Found this ok, definitely prefer the yay foods one though. This was a bit too firm and bland for me.
