This is one of my favorite pasta shapes for thick, creamy & cheesy sauces. The sauce in the mac & cheese we made last night got into every nook and cranny of the curvy shapes of the pasta! The only ingredient in this pasta is durham wheat semolina, which is great. As with most of Trader Joe's pasta, this macaroni only costs $.99 for a pound. Good pasta. Great with vegan cream cheese/ vegan butter, though I personally prefer the cream cheese.

This is my all time favorite macaroni...and I have tried a lot of different brands. The pasta is large and when adding vegan cheese it seeps inside. The texture is chewy not mushy which is my favorite way to enjoy pasta.
