Luscious Lemon Cake

Very tasty, but quite dense lemon cake. Really lovely lemon flavour; and very soft and moist, but no rise. Very filling! Love the Bosh recipe books and think their contribution to making a vegan diet more accessible to all has been immeasurable; so would still buy their products even if they were not good 😂 Got to support the cause! But can honestly say that, despite this not being what I expected, I would buy it again. More like a lemon drizzle loaf cake than a sandwich sponge (which the round shape would indicate). #vegancake #lemoncake #lemondrizzle #afternoontea #cake

I have a hard time resisting a Bosh cake 🍰 as they are yummy and so reasonably priced at 3.50. I also have a hard time not eating it all in one go. It’s not so healthy on Yuka though which is a shame. 😕 #vegancake #veganisnotscary Yuka: 🔴 Bad 5/100

This was a pretty decent cake! Nice size, flavour and price!

It’s a pretty small cake but because the cake is so rich you can get a good 6 slices out of it. When I was cutting a slice out the packaging was drenched and the bottom of the cake was soaking wet with juice or something but once on a plate the cake wasn’t leaking or overly moist. The cake was sooo delicious though, I adore bosh cakes! 🍰 £3.50 from Tesco
