Disclaimer: I picked this off the shelf whilst hungry and in need of a snack, so the following opinion will be more skewed than usual. Very filling and satisfying, thanks to the #protein. Stevia instead of sugar means you don't get as large a spike in sugar levels ✔️. Dark #chocolate coating - also satisfying. I wasn't really paying attention to the salted caramel flavour, but it didn't seem to be overly sweet or very salted-caramel-y. Textural and visually, the inside is reminiscent of a crumbly dry peanut butter filling. Downsides: highly processed and expensive. Upsides: nutritionally, marginally better than other snacks.

Love this bar! High protein (13g) but not the equivalent of a meal in terms of energy - a perfect post workout snack and so yum! Makes my mouth burn a bit though 🧐 Best vegan protein bar I’ve had yet - ingredients aren’t very natural or local though… balance! #veganisnotscary
This is pretty good! It’s covered with a layer of dark chocolate. The inside is pretty crumbly. A perfect on the go snack, has good amount of protein and is not too high in calories!
