Sabe muy similar a la mozzarella de vaca. Se derrite bien, pero me gusta más el sabor original.
EN/ES Sabe más artificial y a aceite que el resto de esta marca, creo que porque el objetivo es que tenga sabor a mozzarella y la mozzarella de por sí tiene un sabor muy suave. En cualquier caso, hace su papel y está rico derretido. I think it is because it's mozzarella, and mozzarella's flavour is very mild, that I find this is the one that tastes more like oil and more artificial. It still tastes ok and more than ok when melted.
Per me sono bocciate, le ho provate nel riso con piselli ma non mi sono piaciute. Si sciolgono, cosa sicuramente molto positiva, ma il sapore è molto forte, non delicato come invece mi aspettavo. Inoltre costano davvero tantissimo, 7 fettine €3.80. Non l'ho provato sugli gnocchi/pizza/lasagna, ma penso che il risultato sia decisamente poco gradevole.
