You can stick in the microwave and ready in 60 secs!! Taste is good but
tastes better w a dash of lemon juice & salt. Healthy option- I usually add chopped tomatoes and avocado

I was disappointed with this bowl. From the name, I expected greatness but it
had a flavor that I didn’t care for. Just not sure and it certainly didn’t look like the picture on the packaging.
