Sausage rolls

My favourite store bought sausage rolls aside from Greggs'. Their insides are actually also comparable

but the pastry around is different; this sausage is just wrapped in the pastry, not fully enclosed. The pastry is deliciously flaky and the size is the perfect serving size if you want a snack, a couple of them makes a breakfast.

This is a perfect of the "shelf" solution for a tasty and easy dinner

for pastry as sometimes rises! Otherwise looks flat
🤩Should bring out a part cooked version so quicker to cook in oven

It is recommended pastry is brushed with plant milk 🥛 but did not make much difference

These sausage rolls are marked as vegetarian but they are vegan (the seal appears on

the box). They taste good, however the pastry is not as flaky as othe rbrands but that is a minor flaw.
