Lemon cake

this #lemoncake was delicious!! 🍋 it was moist, lemony, and #sweettooth approved. i made four portions from it. i am sure many would say this is #toosweet. i never say that but i must admit that i got so hot from eating all the highly processed ingredients that i barely slept. don't know if i would buy it again. maybe with a partner in crime 😁 i did a #lemondessert taste test with the Gu dessert but couldn't decide which i liked best. #vegandessert it scored a whopping 2/100 on yuka 😂 and some delicate flowers.

Soft and scrumptious, tastes incredible. Beautiful texture and the lemon curd in between the crumb is heavenly. Definitely worth the price!

Quite possibly the best lemon cake that one can buy. I would go to say this is actually better than the one that Bosh make...... although it's a close cut. This cake is so moist and lemony and is not at all sickly or overbearing. It's quite small but for 4 people one quarter each was absolutely enough. Can't recommend this cake enough, one seems to accidentally end up in my basket every time I go into Sainsburys.

This is such a nice cake and for such an affordable price! I really enjoyed this and would buy again. It has a nice flavour but is also quite moist!
