Took me a looong time to finally use this #currypaste that I got a year
ago in Bangkok. Thankfully it was still really good! Super rich in flavour, and I could tell it would taste amazing just by the amount of oil I noticed in the bag😂 Made an amazing #massamancurry with tempeh and veggies under a bed of black quinoa.
