It os suppose to be a complete meal, with all the nutrients inside. The taste
and the texture are very good. However i feel not filled enough, to replace it with a whole meal.

A complete 400kcal meal with every nutrient you need, a great taste and a soft
(fig) + crunchy (almonds) texture.
I always carry some of these (+ other flavors) to make sure I can eat something filling when going to family gatherings or restaurants that may not have decent vegan options. Strongly recommended.
