Sambal Oelek

This is like super extra spicy sriracha. Great in Thai dishes to give them an

extra kick. You only need a tiny bit to get some heat, so use sparingly!

strong vinegar flavour and is not all that spicy. #jaan

This is a good chili sauce and I use it Indonesian and Thai inspired dishes!
