I tried both veggie #balls from #ikea, these are the ones that are more like ground up #vegetables. The other version is more like a mock meat. I didn't like these as much, I definitely prefer the mock-meat-esque ones more. The texture was good and they stayed together perfectly, but I didn't enjoy the taste as much. It's better when slathered in sauce haha. They are made with a base of #chickpeas and then there's #carrots, #peas, #redbellpepper, #corn, and #kale. I do like how easy and versatile these are! Simple to prepare and then you can add them to so many different meals or sauces! I wouldn't get these again, but they're worth a try to see if you like the flavor.
