this turk’y roast convinced a nonvegan family member to go out and buy a turk’y roast and i think that alone speaks for itself. this was a nice surprise and i’d definitely get it again for the flavor alone! i didn’t expect it to be as good as it was, and the crust crisped up nicely in the oven while the texture of the turk’y and stuffing remained moist and not dry. i especially love the flavor of the stuffing, although the cranberries weren’t very present throughout. i would also say this will not serve 8 if you are hungry (i was hungry) my cooking method was the microwave to oven instructions on the back. i believe it was 5 min in the microwave, flip half way through, and like 30 something minutes in the oven at 375? whatever those instructions were, i felt like they worked very well and i would follow them again next time. great product!

Always loved this product bought a bunch and froze them.
They sell this in a big loaves or tiny ones. I eat this all year especially since I am a huge mashed potatoes and gravy kinda gal. I mean if you're going to dangle your feet in the water on a hot day you might as well jump in!
I love this way this roast cooks up. For some reason I prefer it same day rather than reheated the next day. The gravy packets are small but yummy.
Hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving! I'm so grateful we have all these plant based options around us. I was never big on Thanksgiving until I became vegan, because I get way to excited about tofurky. This one was so satisfying and it comes with gravy!
