Rolled spelt had potential for oat recipes; I got nothing against oats but my stomach
doesn't handle them well. These flakes kinda tasted like sunflowers seeds; I enjoyed that, though I think I prefer rolled barley taste wise. They worked perfectly in my homemade granola. I wish they were the same price as oats but I'd repurchase.
