Like all Bob’s Red Mill products, I recommend their hemp seed hearts, which are good in smoothies. I like to add a spoonful to granola to up the nutrition. By themselves, they aren’t great, not bad, it’s actually hard to describe the flavor. They aren’t crispy or crunchy. I don’t think I’m doing a good job of selling them, but once you add it to granola, you don’t really notice it. They are one of the few foods that contain all the essential amino acids, so worth it for that reason alone. #hemp #hempseeds
