One of the things I love so much about going vegan is discovering all sorts of new ingredients and cooking techniques. My latest discovery is hemp hearts. Loaded with protein Omega‘s 3&6. I put a heaping teaspoon in my morning smoothie.  Also great on salads.
as stated before… i use hemp seeds on eveeerything. i love sprinkling or piling them on top of oatmeal, yogurt bowls, pancakes, toast, waffles, blending in smoothies, mixing in overnight oats… so easy to get extra protein in. and they’re a great source of vitamins and omegas 3 and 6. this big bag will work better for me since i restock a special jar. i can continue using this single product for longer restocks so less buying and wasting smaller bags. #hempseed #plantprotein #omega3 #glutenfree #organic #bcorp
