Great soba! Love them served both hot and cold. Its definitely not like fresh soba,
but still fantastic for a quick meal.

What I love about these noddles is it is very easy to cook. I usually
just pour hot water and leave it for a few minutes #lazyvegan. Ingredients are wheat flour, green tea powder (imparts a little bit of earthy flavor), and buckwheat flour. #veganisnotscary
