Love this cheese! The flavor is very distinct. It’s not a traditional cheese taste per
say, but it’s extremely delicious in its own way. Here I made a grilled cheese and ate it with bacon.

This is my favourite vegan cheese for making pizza! It gets pretty soft at room
temp, so make sure to grate it when cold from the fridge. I love topping sourdough pizza crust with pineapples, smoked tofu, pizza/pasta sauce, and Gusta cheese to make a delicious Hawaiian style pizza! #blackgoat

It has a bit of a Smokey taste, I found it off-putting at first because
it came in a tube but was pleasantly surprised. Creamy too, my mom thinks it was “delish” and that it “would be delightful on a cracker”. Also, the price easily matches real cheese.
