Fried Tofu&Mushroom sandwich.

I will be make this religiously... 🥰

I made a quick sauce using mushroom

soya sauce, teriyaki sauce, worcestershire sauce, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and liquid smoke.

Love this, highly recommend trying green guru’s tofu

I usually slice it and lightly fry it

on both sides

It’s really nice in stirfry and on sandwiches with some mayo, tomato and greens

I’ve never come across this flavour of tofu before so was happy to try it.

The garlic pepper flavour was subtle. Added to a salad, it reminded me of feta with peppercorns. #tofu #garlic #pepper #soy #protein

This is our go-to tofu! It’s the best brand in my opinion, all their flavours

are great and the price is very affordable. The pepper and garlic is yummy, we used this one in a homemade vegan pie with Beyond beef mince. #veganin2020

For me its better to try the already flavoured ones first and then buy the

plain Tofu.
