Gouda Style

Me l'ha regalato un mio coinquilino, gliel'hanno dato al supermercato dove lavora e non sapeva cosa farsene. Non mi è dispiaciuto, ha un odore e un sapore abbastanza forti. ¡De los quesos vegetales más ricos que he probado! Y más si es tipo gouda. Es bastante caro, a mi parecer, pero buenazo.

En verdad quería que me guste, pero el sabor es muy fuerte, entre dulce y frutado, muy muy raro. Se derrite bien pero no me lo pude acabar, prefiero comprar otros estilos.

Noope i usually love sheese but this is caca , there's a weird fruity taste , like really weird , i was going to cook with it but i'm affraid i might ruin whatever i make !

I saw this during my last supermarket shop and thought I'd give it a try. I used it just plain on toast so far and it's okay. The consistency is good and the taste is okaish. Overall, I feel they're on to something here and that if they continue to improve the product, we'll have a really good plant-based gouda-like cheese sooner rather than later.
