I really appreciate being able to have a quick #veggie side on hand in the freezer. These vegetables were flavorful and not super spicy. Versatile and convenient.. no complaints here! #eatyourveggies

Easy stove top preparation, I added tofu for protein. Very tasty sauce, not too salty. I love that there is zero saturated fat. 
This is such a great healthy, fibrous meal to share with someone else or feast on by yourself! It’s very tasty and incredibly easy to make. I highly recommend! The flavor is excellent and the ingredients are vibrant.
I enjoy these stir fry veggies in a Korean style sauce for a quick addition to a meal. You could eat this on its own with the zucchini spirals for a light meal but I like it as a side dish along side some tofu or rice for a heartier meal and to mix and match flavors. I’ve bought this twice now and it will be something I keep on hand in the freezer. Tasty dish that is quite easy to prepare. A bit spicy. Mine turned out soggy but I was not following instructions properly (I forgot to cover it while cooking) so that’s probably the reason. Packaging looks big but it is only around 200 calories altogether, so it’s best to add some protein/carbs or use as a side dish.
