Son riquisimas y súper accesibles, contiene sésamo, lino, quinoa, chia y amaranto. Forticadas con vitamina D.
Son muy ricas! Al ser galletas pequeñas van re bien para acompañar una picada. Tienen cinco semillas integrales (sésamo, chía, amaranto, lino y quinoa), pero de todos modos el ingrediente que predomina es la harina de trigo. En total conté 19 ingredientes, por lo que no sería la opción más saludable, pero para consumo ocasional está perfecto porque son ricas. Las compré en un supermercado, de las más baratas que conseguí.
Riquísimas! Son tan minis que no paras ! :) Van bien para una picadita
