This is my favorite quick go-to meal. Just pop in the air fryer, and it's

ready to eat. They crunchy and very tasty. I have it with a dipping sauce. Vegan honey and mustard mixed with mayonnaise. Delish 😋

Not the cheapest product, but a nice treat once in a while. It's very difficult

to find GF nuggets. Awesome with honi (by #herbivore )and mustard sauce. #pigsnpaws

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE QUICK & EASY MEAL? | Fry’s Family

Some people may not like meat

alternatives, but I personally find it VERY convenient when it comes to wanting to make quick and easy meals! We’ve got many plant based meat alternatives from brands such as Fry’s Family, Quorn SA, Woolworths , Beyond Meat and Herbivore Earthfoods who make Burger patties, vegan chick’n nuggets, pies, sausages to make meal preparation go by quick so that you can get to eat your meal 😋

This meal above was quickly prepared by putting the Fry’s Family nuggets in the oven according to the packaged instructions and in the meantime preparing some couscous and frying some broccoli, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes with some seasoning and mixture of syrup, soy sauce, ginger and lemon juice to hit all of the necessary flavor notes. .
All it took was 15 minutes, and there we go 😋

Not great, a good dipping sauce helps, but since all #frysfamily #frysfamilyfoods #frys soy products

have gluten, have to settle for this when doing a quick protein-veg-starch meal - presumably good nutrients from the chia? Dunno. Please cater for more #glutenfree deliciousness, Fry's @fryfamilyfood ? 🙏 🤲🤞

I used to have Fry’s Frozen Foods products all the time when I first went

vegan, regularly walking to Holland & Barrett to stock up on the much more limited vegan options of the time. Their chicken-style nuggets were my go-to product, but I haven’t tried their newer products recently.

These nuggets were good, very crispy on the outside and great with a dipping sauce. That being said, they wouldn’t make the list of my top vegan nuggets. I would buy them again though! #veganuk #vegannuggets
