Ha la consistenza di un formaggio stagionato, il gusto è delicato. È buonissimo anche solo accompagnato da una fetta di pane.
Buono, stagionato, pasta dura, perfetto per essere grattugiato! Molto molto gustoso!
Come molti "formaggi" Veg, non c'è da aspettarsi un gusto simile al classico formaggio. Con la consistenza ci siamo, con il gusto no. É gustoso, si sentono molto le noci ma anche l'olio di cocco. Buono, lo rimageró volentieri! Purtroppo non economico (come quasi tutti i formaggi veg).
Ho dato 5stelle ad ogni voce perché appena aperto è finito nel giro di due giorni. Una scaglia tira l’altra . Ne mangerei a quintali! Unica nota negativa : troppo costoso!
