Ketchup

Ketchup is ketchup but I prefer Fody because they make delicious vegan condiments. Recommend!

I am so glad I was able to find a brand that makes onion and

garlic free products that taste good. Great product.

A second FODMAP diet product that I will not be repurchasing.
FODMAP stands for fermentable

oligosaccharides, disaccharides and monosaccharides and polyols which are short chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly. Some people experience digestive distress after eating them.
It may be good for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome IBS but I’m not able to give up some food that the diet forbid like garlic 🧄, onion 🧅, asparagus, apples 🍎, peach 🍑, cherries 🍒, pears 🍐, bean 🫘 and lentils, cereal 🥣 wheat and bread 🍞.

The kids didn’t like the taste of that ketchup either. But there will be no waste and I will go to the end of the bottle, I promise ! 😉
