Ottimo prodotto! Cottura di 10 minuti quindi perfetto per un pasto veloce. Molto buono anche il sapore. Personalmente ne preparo 40/50 grammi. Il pacchetto è di 250 grammi quindi ci faccio circa 5 pasti.

Farro perlato bio perfetto per le insalate. Tiene bene la cottura ed è saporito, io lo cuocio meno di 10 min in pentola pressione, lo raffreddo sotto l'acqua o se ho tempo stendendolo in un vassoio, lo condisco on verdure varie ed è fatta!
