is needed when making pie dough or croissants. I also freeze it before adding it to my dough to keep it colder longer. Very good buttery taste.

as far as flavor and texture goes. It doesn't make my popcorn soggy and spreads fairly easily if in a butter dish on the counter. No gluten, no MSG, non-GMO, non-dairy, non-hydrogenated, and vegan. It's awesome for baking! Has a vegetable oil blend of palm, canola, soybean, flax, and olive oils, so please be aware for allergy and other issues. But overall, it's an amazing product.
yesterday (sorry forgot to take a photo!) and it was absolutely divine. The price is a bit up there, but the package comes with 4 sticks.
