Looked like a good one but I think this went straight through me.
My vitamin of choice - capsule is a reasonable size - not struggling to swallow it and I believe it’s doing the trick 😊
A reasonable multi vitamin for the price -could be higher in vitamins and minerals, would have liked for it to contain vitamin K2 as well.
Multivitamin that is gelatin free. Small capsule that I take daily.
