wow it’s a vegan cheese wheel! got this for 9.90 on pinkibeans, a steal compared
to its original price tag of 22.90 🤠 the smokey thyme flavor is really apparent and brings the cheese to a whole new level. i imagine it’ll be amazing with crackers, but on toasted bread it’s delectable too! no idea how mature cheese tastes like normally, but this was great.

Probabilmente finora è stato il mio preferito della linea Happy Cashew, su cui ho sempre
aspettative altissime che vengono in parte deluse.
In questo caso, il timo e il mirtillo si sposano benissimo, tra loro e con il fermentato di anacardi. L'ho centellinato sia perché è molto nutriente, sia per il prezzo; non aspettate troppo, però, perché si conserva solo pochi giorni dopo l'apertura.
Lo ricomprerò.

È uno tra i meno cari dei formaggi a base di anacardi che ho trovato
(parliamo sempre di 5,99 euro per 100 grammi, da centellinare). Altri dellq stessa marca non mi hanno convinto, invece questi, con la crosta ricoperta di timo e mirtilli, è molto buono.

The cashew cheese on its own was really nice but wasn’t sure about the masses
of thyme it’s smothered in around the outside. I like herbs but there has to be a limit sometimes! If you like strong earthy flavours, give it a try! #cheesy
