I'm not much of an ice cream lover but these vegan bars are scrumptious. Creamy, nutty, chocolaty, with a crunchy coating. Highly recommend.

These Dipped Crunchy Peanut Swirl ice cream bars by Must Love Oats are really yummy and peanut butter forward. They’re made with both oat milk & coconut milk and only have 12g of sugar per bar. You’d think they’d have more sugar in them by the way they taste, so these are a great dessert for anyone who likes to moderate their sugar intake. Best of all, these bars are free of sweeteners like #erythritol (see my latest BBQ sauce review to get the scoop on erythritol and why I’ve recently decided to avoid it entirely). If you are a peanut butter lover you’d probably enjoy these! This ice cream treat is oat milk based and I quite liked it. The ice cream inside is soft and very peanut buttery, and the outside chocolate coating has that satisfying snap that comes with ice cream treats like this. It’s a good amount of sweet, almost a little too sweet for me but okay. For sure satisfied my sweet tooth. I got these from Costco.
Pretty nice, especially if you are a peanut/peanut butter lover. Wish the oat ice cream was a bit creamier but it has a nice flavor and I enjoyed the peanut butter swirl. The crunchy peanuts added texture. #veganisnotscary
