And when you consider the fact it’s made with soybeans, not with the milk stolen from an abused cow, it’s even better! I don’t like the taste of all plant-based milks, but this one ranks at the top of the list of plant-based milks I love. It’s packed with a lot of vitamins and nutrients. There’s no shortage here! Check out the “Nutrition Facts” photo. One downside is the amount of sugar - 18 grams of sugar in every serving (1 cup). Of course, not all of it is natural; some is added. That’s almost 1/5th of the daily recommended amount. I would get this again, but only occasionally because of the sugar content. I got this carton at No Frills for $3.50. It was on sale.
